Feel free to use fresh or frozen peaches. Just don’t do canned. Why? Because ewww and I said so.
Don’t have any oat flour? PLEASE don’t run out to Whole Foods. Just throw your quick oats into a high speed blender and blend until you have a flour texture. Voila!
Any milk will do. It doesn’t have to be coconut almond. That’s just the blend I had in on hand.
Dates are difficult to chop because of the melting and stickiness (which is why we like ‘em). I made the job easier by throwing a plate in the freezer and chopping em on it. Easy peasy.
